I made the frame for an awning today. Took about 3 hours. The angles on the brackets are close to perfect. I can’t ever say perfect, because at some point there will be an inconsistency, even if you have to go down to the millionth of a millimeter. It’s really a matter of how accurate you want to be. The difference between these two pieces is less than 1º difference on the angles & less than 1/16″ on any straight measurement.
This is exciting for me because this is a continued exercise in being able to make production runs out of projects to maximize my time.
